Biography

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in History. He received his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University School of Law, where he was a founding member of the Veterans & Military Affairs Law Student Association. During Law School, Jonathan had several internship positions including with District 7 Legal, U.S. Coast Guard Judge Advocate General Corps, previous 11th Judicial Circuit Judge Robert J. Luck, now appointed to the Florida Supreme Court, and Special DUI Division Unit with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

Following Law School, Jonathan was an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, assigned to the County Court Misdemeanor Division, managing hundreds of Criminal, Traffic, and DUI Misdemeanor Crimes from intake to trial. Following his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, Jonathan would go on to handle first-party property defense and plaintiff cases throughout Florida. Jonathan currently focuses his practice in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, first-party property defense, general negligence, and civil litigation.
